Featuring Adult Medical Care, Infant and Children Services, Dental, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Substance Abuse Program, Family Planning, and an onsite Pharmacy.

CLINIC HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm

PHARMACY HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm

Pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm every day.
