   2. Signed Agreement by and between Pickens County, Georgia and Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, Inc.
   3. Signed agreement authorizing R & R Towing, Inc. to tow illegally and/or improperly parked vehicles from property located @ 1266 E. Church Street, Jasper, GA. (Administrative Offices) In accordance with DMVS regulations signs will be posted for at least twenty-four (24) hours before any vehicle is towed.
   4. Signed Operating Contract - Section 5311 Rural Public Transportation.
   5. Reviewed Rezoning Request received from Planning Commission - Parcel 069-B-002-001 for 2.62 Acres located at 125 Lovelady Road - Tommy J. Fredieu, owner. Commissioner Jones agrees with recommendation of the Planning Commission: rezoning of tax map #069B-002-001 is denied.
