   1. Adopted Resolution to amend the Code of Ordinances, Pickens County, Georgia with modifications as follows: Chapter 14: The addition of Article V. Stray Livestock; Chapter 42: The addition of Article I, Reserved, and Article II, Crimes Against Persons; Chapter 58: The replacement of the current Sec. 58-77 with the version of Sec. 58-77 attached.
   2. Adopted Resolution to forward the draft of local legislation prepared by the Citizens Advisory committee to Honorable Chip Pearson and the Honorable Tom Graves for presentation to the 2010 Georgia General Assembly for its vote on whether this draft shall be adopted as local legislation for Pickens County.
   3. Signed Proclamation declaring Wednesday, January 6, 2010 be observed as Pearl Hammontree Day in Pickens County, Georgia, in honor of her 100th Birthday.
