   1. Signed Consulting Agreement between Sturgis Web Services, a South Carolina Corporation and Pickens County, Georgia. (Web-site for Tax Commissioner which would allow online payment)
   2. Adopted Resolution appointing Rhonda F. Freeman to the Pickens County Library Board of Trustees to serve a four-year term which will end on June 30, 2014.
   3. Adopted Resolution Re-Appointing Mary Ellen Johnson to the Pickens County Library Board of Trustees to serve a four year term beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2014.
   4. Adopted Resolution Re-Appointing Janice Sly to the Pickens County Library Board of Trustees for a four year term beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2014.
   5. Signed Agreement by and between Big Canoe Utilities Company, Inc. and Pickens County Water and Sewer Authority to connect the two water systems in order to assist each other in times of drought or equipment failures. This interconnection is associated with the recommendations of the Environmental Protection Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
