   1. Signed Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Jasper, Pickens County and the Pickens County Airport Authority which establishes the roles and responsibilities of each party for the purpose of Fire protection at the Pickens County Airport.
   2. Signed Proclamation proclaiming November 7, 2008 as Mike Holcomb Day in Pickens County.
   3. Signed Intergovernmental Agreement Between Dawson County and Pickens County to construct, operate and manage a fire station to provide fire protection to the Wildcat Community.
   4. Adopted Resolution establishing a County Fire Marshall's office.
   5. Signed Proclamation proclaiming November 2008 as NATIONAL HOME CARE MONTH in Pickens County, Georgia.
   6. Signed Proclamation proclaiming November 2008 as NATIONAL HOSPICE MONTH in Pickens County, Georgia.
   7. Service Delivery Strategy Update Certifications was agreed upon and signed by Commissioner Rob Jones & Mayor John Weaver, City of Jasper and was mailed to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
   8. Signed Automatic Aid Agreement between all fire stations within Pickens County.
   9. Opened bank account at Jasper Banking Company. Account owner: Pickens County Government, Grandview Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
