   1. Signed Resolution making tentative contract award of the construction contract of 500,000 Gallon Elevated Water Tank to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, Caldwell Tanks, Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky. Amount of contract $829,000.
   2. Signed Master Equipment Lease by and between Pickens County Government and the Association County Commissioners of Georgia, to be assigned to Wachovia Bank, National Association. Description of equipment: 12 Patrol Cars. Loan amount: $400,000. (36 monthly payments - 3% interest)
   3. Signed Resolution Amending the Pickens County Land Use District Ordinance to be Amended as follows: Amend the Pickens County Land Use Ordinance Map in regard to Parcel 065-072 Split composed of 6 acres from Industrial to Highway Business. (Amendment Number 53) Christine E. Vander Walt filed application to change the land use classification.
   4. Signed Resolution Amending the Pickens County Land Use District Ordinance Map in Regard to Parcel 045-023 composed of 20.63 acres from Agricultural (AG) to Rural Residential (RR). Said property is located at 5595 Cove Road. Rezoning requested by Jason Fitts and Andrea Whidby.
