   1. Adopted Resolution as follows: Because of construction in and around the Pickens County Courthouse, the best interests of the public would be served by the furnishing of additional or alternative facilities for the holding of any session or sitting of any Superior, Magistrate, or Probate court proceedings; therefore, until further notice, said facility shall be located at 35 West Church Street; Jasper, Georgia.
   2. Signed Resolution Authorizing Adoption of Plan Restatement for Pickens County Government Employees' voluntary 457b plan with VALIC.
   3. Signed National Hospice Month Proclamation for November 2011.
   4. Received one bid for asbestos removal and demolition of the rear portion of the Pickens County Courthouse from D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co., Inc., Ellenwood, GA.
   5. Received one bid for removal, restoration and installation of the white Cherokee marble on the existing Pickens County Courthouse from Crystal Marble Company, Cumming, Georgia.
   6. Adopted Resolution Regarding the Board of Tax Assessors.
