   1. Signed a Joint Proclamation by the Sole Commissioner of Pickens County, Georgia and the Mayor of the City of Jasper, Georgia proclaiming the week of September 17 through 23, 2011 to be Constitution Week in Pickens County.
   2. Adopted a Highway Functional Classification Resolution. This Resolution enables the Georgia Department of Transportation to take the necessary steps to revise the Federal Highway System. This is in reference to the realignment of State Route 53.
   3. Closed a Pickens County Government General Fund Account at Jasper Banking Company on September 2, 2011.
   4. Adopted Resolution Amending the Pickens County Land Use District Ordinance #67 to amend the Pickens County Land Use Ordinance Map in regard to Parcel 034-100 composed of 48.29 acres from Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural (AG). Request for change in land use classification was received from Rodney Adams – Property located on Hwy 53 West. Amendment # 60.
   5. Opened a new bank account at Renasant Bank – Educational Incentive Fund of Pickens County.
