Video Recap: Diamond Communications received a cellular phone tower permit for a 195 foot monopole antenna support structure. AT&T Wireless will be the tenant and this will allow them to offer wireless PCS (Personal Communication Services) in this area. Pickens County is offered space on the tower from 140 feet and below to enhance the E911 response system. The tower will be located off Hwy. 53 East near Parker Road.
