Pursuant to Sec. 94-208 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Jasper, a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Chattahoochee Technical College - Appalachian Campus, Fannin Hall, 100 Campus Drive, Jasper, Georgia to discuss a request by applicant Haley Bower on behalf Champagne Toasters, LLC, the owner of approximately 2.25 acres zoned C-2 General Commercial located at 2101 Waleska Highway 108 (Parcel 064 006) for a variance from the City of Jasper Sign Ordinance Secs. 95-17(b)(3)(a)(4) to exceed the number of signs per facade for new development.

Pursuant to Sec. 94-209 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Jasper, a public hearing is scheduled before the Mayor and City Council on Monday, July 6, at 6:00 PM at Chattahoochee Technical College - Appalachian Campus, Fannin Hall, 100 Campus Drive, Jasper, Georgia, to discuss the recommendation of the Planning Commission for the above referenced request. Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance, Section 94-244, and applicable provisions of state law, the Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on June 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Chattahoochee Technical College - Appalachian Campus, Fannin Hall, 100 Campus Drive, Jasper, Ga. The purpose of this meeting is to review and consider a rezoning request submitted by Ron Whitehead on behalf of Whitehead Investment Properties, LLC, for the .67-acre parcel located at 20 Confederate Avenue, Jasper, GA, further identified as Parcel 030D 096 123. The applicant requests that the property be rezoned from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to C-2 (General Commercial).

In accordance with Section 94-245, a Public Hearing will be held before the Mayor and City Council on July 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Chattahoochee Technical College - Appalachian Campus, Fannin Hall, 100 Campus Drive, Jasper, Ga. The purpose of this public hearing is to review and consider the above-referenced rezoning request.
