NOTICE

Pursuant to Sec. 94-206 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on November 28th at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall to discuss a request by applicant Randall Stallings on behalf of Gateway Crossing-Jasper, LLC for a variance from the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance Sec. 94-157 - Dumpsters; (d), to locate a dumpster in the front of the Parcel 041 016, outparcel 2, located 52 James Drive in the C-2 General Commercial District.

Pursuant to Sec. 94-209 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances the Planning Commission’s recommendation will be brought before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for December 4th at 6:00 PM.
