NOTICE

Pursuant to Sec. 94-244 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances, a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on December 19, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall at 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA to discuss:

1. A request by Amicalola Propane, Inc to rezone the parcel located off Liberty Lane identified as Parcel 053A 097 003 consisting of a total of 1.91 acres to be rezoned from C-2 General Commercial to M-1 General Industry.

2. A request by applicant A. Reid Irwin on behalf of Piedmont Mountainside Hospital for a variance from the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance Sec. 94-140 - Buffer Design; (e), to reduce the required buffer between a C2 - Commercial and RA - Residential Agriculture from 30' to 20' Parcel 042 012 002, located 1266 Highway 515 South.

Pursuant to Sec. 94-245 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances the Planning Commission's recommendation will be brought before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on January 8, 2024, at Jasper City Hall 200 Burnt Mountain Road Jasper, GA.
