NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Pursuant to Sec. 94-244 of the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinances, a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on May 28, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall to discuss:
1. A request by the Owner, City of Jasper, for Parcel JA03 040 located on 852 Pioneer Road, consisting of a total of 4.0 acres be rezoned from R-1, low density residential, to M-1, General Industry.
2. A request by the Owner, City of Jasper, for Parcel JA03 041 located on Frontier Road, consisting of a total of 4.0 acres be rezoned from R-1, low density residential, to M-1, General Industry.
3. A request by the Owner, City of Jasper- Downtown Development Authority, for Parcel 053A 092 located at 490 Liberty Lane, consisting of a total of 0.84 acres be annexed into the City of Jasper and rezoned from HB County, to M-1, General Industry.
Pursuant to Sec. 94-245 of the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinances, the recommendation of the Planning Commission will be heard before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on June 3, 2024, at Jasper City Hall, 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA.
