Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on the 9th of November 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Pickens Room located at the Pickens County Administration Building, 1266 East Church Street, Jasper, Georgia, before the Planning Commission of Pickens County, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a request from:

1. Kelly & Lisa Teal, to rezone .169-acres of a 1.5-acre tract known as parcel 011 041 006, located at 78 Biguns Blvd, Talking Rock, GA 30175 from Rural Residential to Highway Business (HB). The purpose of this request is to correct the property line with neighboring parcels.

2. Crossbow Farm, LLC, to rezone 7.71-acres of a 15.97-acre tract known as parcel 033 148 003, located at 427 Crossbow Lane, Talking Rock, GA 30175 from Agricultural (AG) to Highway Business (HB). The purpose of this request is to create warehouse space.

The recommendation of the Planning Commission will be brought before the Board of Commissioners on December 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
