Graduates Report: 5:00 PM to New Gym/PAC entry

OFF-CAMPUS VIEWING
The ceremony will be streamed live on the Know Pickens Facebook Page and broadcast on ETC Cable Channels 4 & 404.

TICKETS & ACCESS
☆ Outdoor Ceremony: No guest limit, and no tickets are required.
☆ Indoor Ceremony (Weather Contingency): Each graduate will receive four guest tickets. Tickets are required for entry if the ceremony moves indoors.
☆ Ticket Distribution: Graduates will receive all necessary tickets (for indoor contingency and parking passes) at the mandatory graduation practice on May 21st.
☆ Campus Access: Dragon Drive (campus) opens at 5:15 PM.

PARKING & SHUTTLES
Parking is a major focus for safety and efficiency.

☆ On-Campus Parking: Each graduate will receive three parking passes to access Dragon Drive starting at 5:15 PM. These passes must be displayed on the driver's side dash. Cars without a pass will be directed to a shuttle location. Parking alongside Dragon Drive is not allowed.
☆ Handicap Parking: Available at the PHS tennis court parking lot. Golf carts and a MATS bus will assist with transport to the stadium. You must display both a PHS graduation parking pass and your handicap parking pass. There is no handicap parking at the stadium level.
☆ Shuttle Options: Guests can utilize air-conditioned school bus shuttles from three off-site locations. Shuttles will run from 5:15 PM to 6:00 PM before the ceremony and from the end of the ceremony (approx. 8:30-9:00 PM) until 9:45 PM. No shuttles will run after 9:45 PM from PHS.
- Pickens Junior High School: Shuttles load on the gym side. Handicap accessible.
- Chattahoochee Technical College: Shuttles load at the front entry parking lot (Burnt Mountain Rd. and Pioneer Rd.). Handicap accessible.
- Royston, LLC: Shuttles load at the main parking lot under a tent.

Important Shuttle Note: If you plan to take a shuttle back to your parking location after the ceremony, load within 30 minutes of the ceremony's conclusion.

The school's priority is a safe and memorable outdoor graduation, and they will update the public as soon as possible if an indoor move is necessary.
