A. Volunteer Recruitment Presentation-Fire Chief Larry Keener to Speak. Handouts and sign-up sheets will be available following the presentation.
B. Open Discussion: Local Business Concerns and Updates. Description: An Open Dialogue with Local Business Owners Regarding Current Operational Challenges, Town Support, and Items of Community Interest.
C. Heritage Day Event-Special Event Alcohol Sales and Regulatory Updates. Description: Review and Discussion Concerning Temporary Special Event Alcohol Permits, Compliance requirements, and Recent Updates Received Regarding Town Event Policies
D. Schoolhouse Project Bids/Contractor Quotes. Description: Council Review and Evaluation of Submitted Quotes and Proposals Received for the Schoolhouse Restoration/Renovation Project.

A. Special Event Regulations. Description: Review of Final Draft and Administrative Details for Incorporating New Special Event Rules into the Town Ordinance.
B. Schoolhouse Project: Contractor Quote Review and Discussion. Description: Presentation and Public Discussion of Contractor Quotes and Proposals Received for the Schoolhouse Renovation Project, Followed by Potential Next Steps or Direction.
New Business:
A. GDOT Safety Study Request & Traffic Review: State Route 136. Description: Discussion and Consideration of Requesting a Formal Traffic and Safety Study from GDOT for State Route 136 and the Local Crossing Area. Item Includes a Review of 5-Year Accident and Incident Reports Provided by the Pickens County Sheriffs Department to Evaluate Pedestrian Safety, Signage, and Potential Crosswalk Needs.
