?The Highlights:
?Widening: Expanding to 4 lanes with a 16-foot median (Camp Rd to East Spring St).

?Roundabout: A new two-lane roundabout at Burnt Mountain Rd/East Spring St.
?Flow: One-way pairs through downtown to reduce "failing" traffic levels.
