Item #1 to discuss a request by applicant Mark Roland, the owner of approximately 0.75 acres, zoned C-2 General Commercial, located at 0 Old Philadelphia Road known as Parcel 030D 098 01 for a variance from the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance Sec. 94-117(e)(3): Parking lots shall be paved with concrete, asphalt, or other finished material. Gravel and loose stone parking lots are prohibited.
