[ February 08, 2022 ] There will be a public hearing to determine whether Cut Off Road has for any reason ceased to be used by the public to the extent that no substantial public purpose is served by it. If that determination is made, Cut Off Road shall no longer be part of the county road system and the rights of the public in and to Cut Off Road shall cease.

Said hearing shall be held on March 3, 2022 immediately after the Board of Commissioner's Work Session in the Pickens County Commissioner's Conference Room located at 1266 East Church Street, Suite 168; Jasper, Georgia. The Work Session begins at 4:30 p.m.
