[ September 23, 2020 ] Shottenkirk Ford is proud to announce Summer Jones as the Pickens High School Band Member of the Week.

Summer is a Senior in the Pride of Pickens Band and serves as our Drum Captain. She is also in the Symphonic Band as Section Leader. Summer has shown steady improvement all four years of high school and is very skilled as a percussionist and as a leader in our band. She is friendly, consistent, and hard-working and we are so proud to have her in our group.
