10/15/20 (Posted on CARES for Pickens County Facebook) - One of our office volunteers tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, October 15. Thankfully, she had no contact with those receiving food. As a precaution, however, and to be in compliance with CDC guidelines, CARES WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE NEXT 14 DAYS. We will reopen on Friday, October 30.

If you are in need of food, the Rotary Club will be distributing 40 pound boxes of food (including meat, dairy, and produce) on Tuesday, October 20 from 2-4 p.m. at the following locations:

-Talking Rock First Baptist Church
-Hinton United Methodist
-Bart's Bait & Tackle in Blaine
