[ May 25, 2023 ] The Pickens County Board of Education has named Kanyon Petti as Principal of Harmony Elementary School beginning July 1, 2023.

Mrs. Petti currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Pickens Junior High School. She is a graduate of Pickens High School and has served as a teacher, department chair, and was named District Teacher of the Year in 2019.

Mrs. Petti is thankful to the Board for the opportunity and states, "I’m looking forward to meeting new students, families, and staff and returning to the school where my educational journey began. I want to continue the positive learning culture and family environment already established."
