Jasper Farmers Market Report

[ September 25, 2023 ] Hooray for Fall! Official first day of Fall made for a wonderful vibrant market day for our Jasper Farmers Market. Many vendors displayed Fall colors of oranges, golds, yellows and plaids.

Plaid is a color? It is in Fall. Christ Allen makes 3D sweater pumpkins for doors and walls along with her other creations. This N That by Nana certainly had the autumnal feel we all enjoy this time of year. With cooler mornings the customers and vendors all feel revived and excited for the coming season.

More sourdough bakers brought their wares, so be sure to try all the new flavors available. Breads and muffins with blueberry, cranberry, pecan, walnut, and rosemary graced some of the goodies. Spread some flavor-full jelly like charapita or mountain dew on a slice of toasted fresh baked bread or even a fluffy muffin for a mouth full of deliciousness. The choice of jelly flavors is amazing!

Saturday will be the last day of September and a great time to stock up on squash and greens. Take home some treats, too. Look for a favorite jelly or try something new. Need a new cutting board or perfect wooden spoon to stir a pot of chili? It can be found at the JFM.

Need new earrings to add dazzle to your snazzle? It can be found at the JFM. Want to dress up your yard or front porch for the season? It can be found at the JFM.

Come on down, or up, or over to the Jasper Farmers Market next Saturday to see all there is to see. Definitely get some extras because Marble Fest will be taking over the following weekend and the vendors get that Saturday, October 7th off. We will be back on October 14th with new hours, 9-1, and will be open every Saturday thru December 9th.
