Chef Gemal Eustache Introduced in "Nibble and Feast"

[ March 27, 2024 ] A menu of crusted pork sliders and tangy creole shrimp and grits were some of Chef Gemal Eustache's creative dishes introduced at his catering launch party Saturday at Rock Creek Manor.

The new caterer has been the Executive Chef at Rock Creek Manor for the past four years and now the talented Chef is beginning his "A Creative Taste" catering business.

"His menu pairings for our residents were always fresh and interesting with a specialized zip," said Rock Creek Mannor COO Chris Vanderwalk.

"Chef Gemal has delighted us so much in our kitchen we wanted to introduce him to the Pickens community with a sampling of his delicious food," added Vanderwalt.

Other menu items included zesty goat cheese Brochettia, juicy Mexican pot roast Egg Rolls and a Country Greek Salad with chunks of feta cheese.
