Jasper Fire Issues Total Outdoor Burn Ban

[ November 13, 2024 ] Effective November 13, 2024, the Jasper Fire Department has implemented a Total Outdoor Burn Ban due to dry conditions and low humidity. This ban will remain in place until January 1, 2025.

This ban encompasses all forms of outdoor burning, including campfires and warming fires, with no exceptions. Officials will reassess the situation in late December to decide if an extension is necessary. If significant rainfall occurs, the ban may be lifted earlier than planned.
