Constitution Day is a federally mandated observance under Public Law 915.
September 17th through the 23rd is designated as "Constitution Week".
A Joint Proclamation was signed by Mayor John Weaver and County Commissioner Rob Jones
on August 29th proclaiming this day and week be honored in Pickens County.
