Now that school is back in session, learning new things is on the minds of our kids, but it should be on the minds of us adults as well. You are never to old to learn something new that can help make your life better. So why not come check out the introduction of a brand new marriage enrichment group program that has it’s kick off this Saturday, July 28th, 6:00 p.m. at Eagle Park directly behind Jasper United Methodist Church on West Church Street.

The kick off is all about a fun family night cookout for couples of all ages and the kids that is sure to offer great food, fun and fellowship. While there, you will learn about the free Marriage Enrichment Group Program that is non-denominational for all ages.

The free monthly program, sponsored by Jasper United Methodist Church, meets the second Saturday at JUMC where couples learn new communication skills and have time to really focus on their relationship and make it all that it can be. Even great marriages can use a little extra effort at times.

Each session is independent and couples can come and go as their schedule of busy activities allow. This time is your time… and the time spent on focusing on you as a couple is the most important thing you can do to improve your relationship.

Free babysitting is offered for the 2 hour gathering and food will be provided. Be sure and RSVP now for the cookout to make sure we don’t run out of food. And hey… if you forgot to register… come anyway! We always have extra. Call Pastor Greg Medows at 706 253-2100 or email at
