Piedmont Healthcare, a private, not-for-profit organization with nearly 660 locations serving 2 million patients across Georgia, today announced that it has been Great Place to Work-Certified™. Piedmont received this certification in its first year of participating in the program.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation. Only a small percentage of companies that take the company-wide Trust Index survey receive certification.
"Because this certification is driven by what our employees believe, it shines favorably on our workplace culture, employee experience and reputation, and is a significant step towards achieving our goal of becoming an employer of choice for a top-tier and diverse workforce,” Piedmont Healthcare CEO Kevin Brown said. “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-Certified™.”
