Vote YES on November 5, 2019 for the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST), a continuation of current 1% Sales Tax.

Vote YES for $37,000,000 to help everyone!

The 2020-2026 SPLOST projected revenue rate is $37,000,000, effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2026.

Repair and Resurface county roads School bus routes & most traveled roads
43.35 % of collections will be for improving county roads and infrastructure.

Roads (43.35%) - $16,039,500
County Public Safety (16.7%) - $5,920,000
Water & Sewer Authority (3.67%) - $1,110,000
County-wide Parks & Rec. (10%) - $3,700,000
Existing General Obligation at County Airport (9.45%) - $3,496,500

The City of Jasper (13.52%) - $5,002,400
The City of Nelson (4.46%) - $1,650,200
The City of Talking Rock (0.22%) - $81,400
