Tater Patch Players upcoming comedy musical Nunsense: Jamboree by Dan Goggins opens on September 30th. This is a follow up to the wildly successful Nunsense that Tater Patch Players performed in 2015. If you didnít see the first one, never fear. You'll be up to speed with their story in the first few minutes.

This show is a tribute to Hee-Haw, mixed with Laugh-In, mixed with every corny joke you ever heard. Our audiences will be laughing and clapping their hands with these talented singer/actors. Music Director Susan Gooch has been working with them as a group and as individuals to learn their many songs.

Meanwhile, directors Jan Simpson and Audrey Kirsten have been ironing out all the movement, both on stage and backstage. There are a LOT of barn windows and doors that open and close in this one! And a ton of comedy timing to get JUST
right.

The cast consists of Deb Grecol, Nancy Loy, Alex Nawrocki, Sue Ellen Reitz, and Phyllis Zerkle.

The four Sisters and the Father are all getting ready to make every laugh line tickle your funny bone. When asked what she would tell our fans, the puppet Sister Mary Annette, aided by Sister Robert Ann (Deb Grecol) said that "Y'all should just get away from the irritating part of life and come to the theater and just ENJOY!"

If that's your plan, mark your calendars for September 30, October 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, & 16. The Sunday shows are at 2PM and the others at 7:30.

The theater is located at 95 Philadelphia Lane in Jasper and if you have a question or problems, call 706-253-2800. Leave a message and a volunteer will be in touch.

You may buy your tickets in advance at www.taterpatchplayers.org. On the home page click Buy Tickets. You may also purchase tickets at the theater beginning one hour before showtime.

If buying tickets is not in your personal budget right now, consider coming to our final dress rehearsal on September 29. This is what we call Share Night. We share our show with you and ask that you share your laughter and applause with us and also bring a bag or two of non-perishable foods or toiletry items that we will take to share at CARES food pantry.
