Item #1 Consideration of request to annex and rezone parcel
041 016 consisting of 18.97 acres located at 3354 Camp Road
into the City of Jasper as C-2 Commercial
Item #2 Consideration of request to de-annex from the City of
Jasper parcel 028 051.005 consisting of 33.93 acres and
parcel 028 051.006 consisting of 11.08 acres. These parcels
are located off Grandview Road.
Item #3 Consideration of request for variance to the City of
Jasper Sign Ordinance
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on the 28th of June at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall before the Planning Commission Board of the City of Jasper, Georgia.
• The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a request by Jesse & Amanda Hollifield to have parcel 028 051.005 consisting of 33.93 acres and Parcel 028 051.006 consisting of 11.08 acres in the City of Jasper de-annexed from the city limits. These parcels are located off of Grandview Road.
• The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a request by Land owner Copelowe, LLC and Applicant Buckel Design Group, LLC to have Parcel 041 016 consisting of 18.97 acres annexed into the City of Jasper as C-2 Commercial. This Parcel is located at 3354 Camp Road, Jasper, GA.
• The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a request by Applicant Lamar Advertising of Rome to be given a variance to the City of Jasper Sign Ordinance.
A Public Hearing will also be held before Mayor and Council at the scheduled Work Session on Thursday, June 30th at 6:00 PM. at Jasper City Hall.
The Mayor and City Council will consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on Monday, July 11th at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall.
