NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Sec. 94-206 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on February 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall to discuss a request by applicant Adam Smith on behalf of Amicalola Propane for a variance from the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance Sec. 94-121 - Access Management; Table 121d - Driveway Separation, to reduce the required spacing between driveways, from 125' to 0' located 130 Liberty Lane.

Pursuant to Sec. 94-209 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances the Planning Commission's recommendation will be brought before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for March 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
