NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sec. 94-244 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Jasper, a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall located at 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA to discuss a request by Kyle Cohen of Red Ridge Properties, LLC on behalf of SJWGA Holdings, LLC, the owners of approximately 97.5 acres which is a portion of 2433 Talking Rock Road further identified as parcel 030A 073 to rezone a portion of the property from R-A: Residential Agriculture to PUD: Planned Unit Development further described in Division 3.2 of the City of Jasper Zoning Ordinance. The proposed development is comprised of 310 Single-Family Residents, 52 Townhomes and +/- 346,575 sq.ft. of
Commercial Development.
Pursuant to Sec. 94-245 of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Jasper, a public hearing is scheduled before the Mayor and City Council on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall located at 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA to discuss the recommendation of the Planning Commission for the above referenced request.
