After the Executive Session at the regular Commissioners meeting on October 19, 2023 the following was announced:
- The Board accepted Phil Landrum's Letter of Resignation as the County Attorney.
- The Board approved an Agreement with Angie Davis of Jarrard & Davis to be the new County Attorney.
