Tater Patch Theater in Sight Your actors need your help. We have found a building that will work for us as a theater. However, times being what they are, financing has tightened up considerably at the banks. We find that, while we can do the build out and make the payments, there is a need for a larger down payment than we had anticipated. The bottom line is, we need $25,000 for additional down payment funds and the clock is ticking! The owner needs to sell the building now and we want it to be sold to us. It also allows callers to receive severe weather warnings on the telephone as soon as they are issued by the National Weather Service.
